At Field and Flesh, each order is prepared with care, intention, and respect for the natural pace of handmade work. Because our products are made in small batches, we ask for a little patience — and promise that it’s worth the wait.
Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, there may be slight delays — but we’ll always keep you updated.
All products are handmade and hand-packed in Northern Ireland, UK.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping — keep an eye out for seasonal offers.
Packaging & Sustainability
All orders are packed using minimal, recyclable, and plastic-free materials wherever possible. Our packaging reflects our values: natural, no-waste, and rooted in the land.
If your package arrives with reused or recycled materials, know that it's intentional — part of our effort to tread gently.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK) from dispatch, please contact us at info@fieldandflesh.com and we’ll help investigate. While postal delays are out of our control, we’ll do our best to ensure a fair resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Changes & Corrections
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If you spot an error, email us as soon as possible — once an order has been shipped, we can’t make changes.
