Cancellation

Policy

At Field and Flesh, every product is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, we kindly ask that you read the policy below before placing an order.​

 

Cancelling an Order

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@fieldandflesh.com. We will issue a full refund if your order hasn’t already been processed or dispatched. After 12 hours, your order may already be in progress or shipped. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.​

 

Custom Orders

We are unable to cancel custom or personalised orders once production has begun, unless there is a fault or error on our part.​

 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at info@fieldandflesh with:

Your full name

Your order number

Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

 

Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We’ll send you an email confirmation once it’s processed.​
